  1. Is there an upgrade required to get the Swiftpage Sharing? The Social Sharing button is not on my home page.

    • Debbie,

Right now Social Sharing is only available for Swiftpage Connect customers. We are in the process of developing Social Sharing for our integrations. Releases on the integrations take more time as we have to receive approval from Sage and work with their engineers as well. Please know that our engineers are hard at work on this and we will keep you updated when a release date is available.

      • Thanks, we should be upgrading ACT! soon and then will have Swiftpage Connect (I believe.)

      • Swiftpage Connect is a separate product that is used by customers who do not use a Sage product as their CRM. Sage E-Marketing is powered by Swiftpage and is Sage’s integrated e-marketing platform. This platform is the one we are currently working on adding Social Sharing to. It takes a bit more time since we have to work within Sage products to ensure that it works properly within the product. It will be coming very soon… hopefully by the time you are ready to upgrade ACT!.

  2. Hi Audrey,

I use Swiftpage and ACT 2010. When & how will the ‘Social Sharing’ facility become available in the UK?

    Regards

    Mike

    • Mike – There were a few more details that needed to be worked out between the engineers at Sage and Swiftpage. We expect Social Sharing for Sage E-Marketing to be available sometime this spring. Thanks!
