Swiftpage Support has put together a list of the top Frequently Asked Questions that our staff receives. We plan on posting one FAQ on our blog a week to provide our customers with another resource for their questions. Kassi Johnson, our Customer Service Manager, has put this list together. Her Email address is posted on Kassi Johnson’s about page if you would like to contact her with any further questions.
This week, Kassi chose to answer a couple questions for you:
I have an image on my website that I want to put in my email – how do I do that, and how can I resize the image?
1. Right-click on the image and select “Save Image As” (FireFox) or “Save Picture As” (Internet Explorer)
2. Browse to your computer and save the picture somewhere where you will remember.
3. If you want to resize the image, we recommend re-sizing it in a photo-editing program such as Paint or Photoshop. You may also resize it in the Swiftpage Online Editor using the “Change Width” button.
4. Complete the following instructions to upload an image to your template and you are done: Swiftpage Upload Instructions.
How can I build my list using Swiftpage?
Swiftpage has a great tool to help you build your opt in email address list: the Swiftpage List Builder. Using our List Builder tool, you can create and link a survey to your website to allow customers to request and sign up for your emails. Please see more detailed information on our List Builder here: http://www.swiftpage.com/university/documents/Quick Start Guide – List Builder.pdf
Note: the List Builder is available with Swiftpage Pro and Team level accounts.
